Great final time trial before Gun Run. Went out at 4min/km for the first 3km, then pushed the last 2km at 3:40 pace. Felt really good for the first 3km - 4min pace felt ridiculously good. Last 2kms felt like I was going faster than 3:40 pace - tells me my speed endurance is good (from hills and time trials) but my legs aren't turning over as fast as they could (from no speed work / intervals). Something to target after Gun Run. Knee felt great.
