note to self, if dafoe says that practice will start at 9am it will start at 9:35 actually. got a few miles in by myself then ran a few tempos with the boys first few felt pretty shitty but then i got warmdup. good pancakes, also bought another pair of shoes
also watch my mom run a beer mile with some the red river runners today, very intresting experience, dafoe won of coures, i did not participate of course.
