I felt pretty good for the first mile so i stayed under pace because it felt good. This ended up being a bad idea as i droped pace quite a bit. the 5k on an indoor track is definitely a different feel than on a cross course which is something i will have to get used to. this was probably the worst i have felt after a race and i dont know where that came from. overall i raced about where i am at physically at right now. I think we need to start doing more long tempo work instead of the shorter stuff, hopefully we can do that if it gets warmer.
