3x2mile about 2 min rest. 0.5 incline. 4x200 right after with litle rest around 30 sec to work on kick. 10:03ish 9:58ish 9:51ish. not very hard. looking to sart faster next time. average around 9:50 next time. do 3 next time then maybe work to 4 at some point. cut rest to 1 minuteish
