30x400ish meter, usually just go for 70 seconds. 50 seconds rest. 0.7 incline. Started at 68 then moved down to 66 by the end. Speed up tp 67 by 12 in. Good work, right hip flexor started to seize up a little at the end. Not sure if i should go faster or less rest
