3x(4x1 min hard) 2 min rest in between reps jog around hyslop between sets. Was planning to do some tempos up the long side but i was pretty dead by the end. Definitly a gutsy workout to do on my own, made it to the light post on all but two of them in under a minuete. Definitly feeling tired after this.
