First 3 - 4 miles was great, at solid 11 minute miles, and very little walking. Around 4 mile mark, left calf seized up on me, took 2 minutes to stretch the muscle back out and continue running. My calf hurt the remainder of the run, and I favored my right leg. Toes of my left foot kept curling up, and caused entire foot to hurt. The remaining 3.5 miles was slower:
