This was an EASY day walk. My legs were a bit sore, from the two prior days (after having the last ~3+ weeks off due to being sick).

Basically, I would alternate:

Walk for 5 minutes @ 15 min/mile pace

Jog for 3 minutes @ 11:30 min/mile pace
