Notes

It is not like I ran "great" but I did run a solid 4 miles. At just under a 12 min / mile pace, it is not as if I could say I was running fast, or slow. So, I am going to call it my weekly long run. My goal is to increase my long run by 1 mile every 2 weeks. Of course, I have not put much thought behind that goal. I may change it to fit an actual marathon training schedule.
