Captain’s log (resumed): The run was pretty hot, but I still did it. My shins hurt for a bit, but that went away with time. I finished my soldering project, and it actually worked. I was surprised that I nailed it on my first try with no previous experience with soldering. I also held a conversation with that girl for a bit. At some point in class, she said that she didn’t think she looked very good today. It’s times like that where I wish I could say how I feel about her, but I know I probably shouldn’t.
