8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. More proof that weather makes all the difference. Started out a bit sluggish/unmotivated. Couldn't get enough speed in mile 3 for mile repeats, but ended up with an excellent progressive tempo run. Probably could have even gone faster in mile 8, but the IT band was letting me know it was there, so I didn't want to risk injury this close to the marathon.
