Actually a speed workout, rather than interval. In fact, the opposite of an interval - mostly slow, then short bursts of very very fast - 1 mile pace. Brian wanted me to do under 50 second laps, but it was really all I could do to hit 50. Looking at my pacing sheet the one mile pace for a 4:15 marathon goal is 58! I think he just wanted me to finish in a reasonable time compared to everyone else :)
