10 hours sleep, V8, banana, fruit and yogurt breakfast with 1 cup coffee. Took it easy, felt comfortable the whole way (well, after a mile or two in of basic warm-up suffering). Went too fast the last two miles, but that's because I had to catch up to and pass someone, just to prove I could. Can't ask for a better first long run of training!
