9 hours sleep. V8, banana, oatmeal w/brown sugar and yogurt and coffee breakfast. Ultima at 3 and 8, cran-raz blox and water at 5. Very comfortable run the whole way. Able to power up hills (Newton Street, Middle, Clifford and Flag) throughout. I think the caffeine cherry blox are too much, especially if I'm able to have coffee with breakfast.
