Not sure what is going on here - this was very fast for a tempo run, and i felt reasonably comfortable (apart from the last lap, which I ran faster in about 80s).
If I had (and had been able to?) keep going at this pace, it would have resulted in a 38:15 10K - unthinkable not long ago.
