easy day, but on the treadmill. I must be getting mentally better at handling these, because I hardly felt bored at all. I watched a little TV, listened to some audiobooks. The only downside was my left foot was quite sore right under the ball of my foot, and on the usual outside top along the seam of the shoe. Had a surprising amount of energy today though after yesterday.
