brisk and windy, enough for some windburn. Also, whatever is going on on the bottom of my left foot flared up hardcore today. Hmm... makes me nervous. It didn't hurt at all the last 2 miles so that makes me think that its just plantar fascia or tendonitis and not anything more serious. I guess I need to buckle down and just grit my teeth on the trail for a while.
