34 and snow. nice run with mike kessler around ann arbor into barton hills and such. kept it real easy as he felt like shit and i felt like my left glute was doing something weird. ankle was a lil off in my run to his house, but once we started running it was fine and didn't bother me at all.
odd thing: i tried going for a fast finish as i came down the home stretch of the home stretch on huron street, but my left glute was not having. took a few steps in, felt bad, stopped. i definitely think stopping was the right thing to do. the pain and failure worries me, though not too much as i think it will disappear.
main purpose of the run was to recover from yesterday which was more taxing than i wanted.
