run with matt newman and matt the classics dude. went up out to tub road which is dirt and then back on a lil loop. first 5.5 were sub 7, and I kinda bonked after that. just plain old died. my left hamstring just did not have anything. i could tell that it was a lil weird, but didn't realize it was gonna hold me back this much. much harder than it should've been. hard.
