Notes

Track workout with the upper valley running club. tim smith invited me, so i came. supposed to be 4x1200 @ 4:17. Came through the first one in 4:13, the second in 4:19, and the third (no one to run with for this one) in 4:37. bleh. i died, so i just did some recovery laps and did 3 strides (200m). Overall pretty shitty since I fell off pace so hard.

nohting hurt though. i just have a very poor aerobic base. i need to get up to 50 mi/week ASAP.
