I was kinda tired from the recent increase in running. Went nice and super slow today (probs around 7:30/mi) and just cruised along. took the inside trail by garipay fields and the rugby house, but then came back on rip. meh. i figured i needed to go slower because a) that's what my body wanted and b) it would allow me to recruit (aiheuttaa) more slow-twitch muscle fibers.
no pain. lots of mud. upper quads are QUITE sore now, though. this is good.
