recovery hill workout run. nice and slow and easy. 2x hill bounds, 2x hill springs, 8x hill sprints (0:08). ran past lex williams (woohoo!) while in pine park. found pat martha on the green once i hit there.. And now the moment you've all been waiting for.... my injuries and what hurts!

right ankle felt alright, but my legs just felt DEAD. Makes sense after what they've been through this week. left foot REALLY hurt. felt like some tendon was getting scratched or something. not nice. dehydrated? didn't think so, but it's possible. could barely walk once I got home.
