average day. run with strenta and connie. we were tired of going through pine park and stuff so we ran through tanzi and just kinda fucked around on the streets and got lost. did a loop through roger's rangers thing in pine knoll cemetery. came back through town and ran around the green and back to the highschool. nice easy pace. totally conversational. no aches or pains!
