ran up velvet rocks and down the other side, then ran back. cruising around a 8:20 pace going up, and then killing it when going downhill. sometimes it's scary to go that fast. I wanted to just get a quick lil run in before seeing the finlaysons. if i had known i wouldn't be able to get the car until 4:30, I would've run for another 30 min... grrrrrrrrrrr now i have to wait until dark.
