Notes

treadmill because meh. i enjoyed it. it was cold outside and i wanted to stay warm and help my ankles and lower calves heal and recover.

i was rocking 7:30/mi for most of it but i was kinda itching to go a lil faster. all in due time, though. tomorrow is a good PT workout and i'm excited to do it.
