7:10/mi for 6.56 miles. went and did the full pine park, then pulled a U-y and did a lap around occom and came home. was going to crash the concert by haldeman, but opted not to. ended up accidentally crashing a Beta formal picture. i think they called for me to come back but i chose not to embrace my admittedly prolific lifestyle. Definitely faster than I've gone for a while. i didn't have a whole lot of speed earlier this week, but we'll see what happens tomorrow and beyond.
