dead legs. struggled. still came out with a 7:12/mi over 4.62 miles. ran to the green, then did two laps at occum, and then came home. i really need to sleep more. staying up till 4am is reaaaaaaally not doing anything good for my running. social life: yes. running life: no.
good way to close up a 47ish mile week. 47 miles in just easy runs with no long runs. i'll try to do that again, and then reintroduce a long run into the mix.
