Beautiful run with mike kessler. warmup to his house (903 miner st), then ran out in the parks in ann arbor on the trails. he told me about the runlogger2010.heroku.com site he and his buddies are building. i can't remember the names of the parks we ran through, but it was really muddy and slippery. twas a bitch, but it was fun nonetheless. ran home as a cooldown.
left hamstring is noticeably tight. probably from the days off this week. right ankle was MUCH better. it's good to go, though I hope in the next few days it will get even better.
