ran with a lt and another midshipman (amos matulionis though that's definitely not spelled right). the captain here said that the lt would run us into the ground except that most definitely didn't happen. we ran him down after 4 miles. i had wanted to get in a full 8 today, but to be honest, i could use an easy day. my left leg doesn't feel good, still, but it gets better after i run for a bit. chow opened at 4:30 and i had to run at 5 so i was eating up until like 10 min before the run. i tried to get in some stable food and it felt alright, but it still wasn't great and my stomach was hurting for a bit. part of me bitched out and part of me thought it would be wise to just take it easy today.
