nice lil jog around the track. topped it off with 2 strides. run was good. calves are REALLY tight/sore especially by my ankle, but it's all good. so are my quads just above my knees. ITBs are all good. hamstrings weren't anything notable. I need to do heel walks and toe walks. couldn't run all week because i was at marine week for cortramid at camp lejeune, but i was running around places in big steel toed boots, so maybe that helped. no more boots for a very long time now. hooray!
