nice morning run beore heading out for marine week. didn't have enough time to do any more because i wanted to get in my heel walks. I ran extra slow for most of it because it's the morning, i'm a lil sore (need to do a proper run with proper recovery and i need to be running daily), and it's still pretty hot out, though it's much nicer than yesterday morning. calves are tight, so are the tops of my quads. hmmmmmm.
