medium long run. me strenta christian josh spencer connie and leah. elise lydia and kate came along for a bit but then peeled off. standard wednesday run; tons of fun just hanging out with people. We definitely went pretty fast, as noted by our overall pace. Leah led us on a bit of a death march up the big hill and then it was a group-led death march on the way down and back into hanover. connie ended up dropping about 6 miles in because of asthma, but we went back to pick her up so it's all good and she's seeing the doctor tomorrow. no tightness or soreness, but my legs definitely didn't have as easy of a time going fast as they should have. i'll chalk it up to my being unfit because of the last month of cortramid.
