suuuuuper easy. barely even tried. made it down to the halfway mark in 15:03 then brought the pace up a lil coming back. turns out going uphill is nice and easy for my ankle, but downhill is mos def not.
edit from later in the day: AH MY GOD MY ANKLE HURTS SO FUCKING BAD!!!!!!!! GAAAAAAH WHAT DID I DO?!?!?! made a doctor's appt for tomorrow at 10:50
