mrun normal day. went with the fast group, and since it's welcome week, errbody went out real fast and stayed fast. I was doing all right, but my economy was no good since my right ankle was REALLY not happy. not quite fucking shit up, but really not happy. i'm happy with the overall time since it was good to get in a nice fast run (and the rest of me did not feel too bad), but my ankle is not happy. luckily, i did some calf raises after practice and felt an IMMEDIATE improvement... gonna have to do more of those.
