Notes

treadmill again. not too bad. mile warmup, stretch, 6 miles @ 7:18 with the last 2 at 6:58. stretch. mile cooldown. running to and from the navy gym and then running again to the galley to catch it before it closes. solid. i have a little limp in my left leg. it doesn't seem to be bending as much as the right one. so maybe it's a limp in my right leg? also standard left hamstring and ITB issues. they hurt and are too tight. I am trying to stretch them moar but i need a foam roller and a stick.
