kings bay georgia. was told that it is pretty much unsafe to run outside during the day. also we are restricted to a very small space. so i biked for 40 min. not bad. kept cranking up the speed trying to get my hr up. i was aiming for like 150, but was only around 120 until i cranked it to 145 by the end. we'll see how I feel in the next few days. NO TREADMILLS AT THE GYM??? WHAT IS THIS I DONT EVEN
