mrun. ugh. quality, but hard. started slow, then got fast (and i sagged behind). then it got faster. and i sucked a little less. started to slow down finally in the last mile coming up hospital hill. but it's all good! i had a nice tempo 1.5mi this morning, and this was all just (fast) gravy. i needed the miles, but i didn't need this pace. not while i was so tired and my calves were so sore, at least. afterwards i went to the CCRB and used the foam roller. calves are super sore, especially the right one, right at the top just as it attaches tot he knee.
