Just a nice easy ride to Kids First to pick up Aidan in the trailer. Tried to go easy. I haven't ridden in a while, so that was kind of difficult. I wanted to just spin and spin and spin. BUT one complicating factor, OH BOY WERE MY LEGS SORE AND TIRED! It was painfully obvious that I had run a race this weekend! All things being said, I did well. Ended up riding pretty quick, and was able to keep my HR down fairly low. Not as low as I wanted, but pretty good. ~NICE!
