TRI-CC Swim 102 at MCC pool. First of the Tri-CC swim classes I was able to attend. I was all psyched to swim today, because it was different, because it was Tri-CC, ... I got in the pool and was FLYING right off the bat. I don't know if it was because I'm getting used to this, or because the MCC pool is fast. I was the fastest person in the pool. One of the teachers even said that he was going to swim with me next week, because he wants me to push him. Yeah, ME push HIM. Kinda weird, but I am looking forward to it. I don't like running with other people very much the few times I have done it, I never really have done much biking with other people, but with swimming, I like having other people there. Partly to push me, partly to keep me focused. It was a great workout!!

Sleep: yuck (bed at 12:30am, wake at 6:30)

Mood: psyched

Physical: a little sore and tired, but was ripping to go after the warm up
