Long run today. Bad week of exercising, so I wanted to cap it off with something good, a nice easy long run. I didn't expect much from this run today. I started out nice and slow and easy and was watching my HR stay pretty low the whole time. It was slow, but I didn't care about that, I actually liked the fact that I could keep my HR in check. I think this is a sign I'm turning a corner with training and fitness. I actually had fun on this run. Felt good.

Sleep: ok (bed at 12:30am, awake at about 9:00)

Mood: good

Physical: legs were a little sore, IT band the most

Clothes: dark blue Nike shorts, red RRS shortsleeve shirt, red NB jacket, red hat (perfect)
