10x100 repeat on 01:45.0 each one was ~01:21.0
16x25 repeat on 00:30 EASY Cool down
Today I had a great workout. It wasn't much different than any other, but I just felt like a swimmer again. I just tried to do the yardage and get out. No messing around, just swimming. I tried to make the 10 100's a decent effort, not all out. I ended up keeping a pretty even pace. I worked on my form as much as possible, because during the warm-up it seemed a little wonky. Either way it was a really good workout.
Sleep: OK (bed at 12:00am)
Mood: energetic and eager
Physical: a bit tired overall, but no issues
