Second half of the Brick for today. I now understand why people say that the beginning of the run after getting off the bike feels so slow!! Wow, it seems like you're hardly moving. That and the noodle-leg phenomenon is pretty strong. The first mile was very interesting as I figured out all of these things. I was going easy but my HR and my pace didn't really follow as expected. I would have figured that I would have been running slower and my HR would have been higher, but no. This is good though. If my pace numbers mean anything, this was not too difficult of a workout for me. It felt good. Consistent. Good run!
