Long run today. Kind of a bad week for workouts. I wanted to get in the big run for the week though. I woke up a lot later than I wanted to and subsequently it got hot out before I was able to start. Humidity was about 100% too. This made for a difficult run. I know I hate running in the heat, but I forgot about just how hard it is. I felt good up until about half way through, when I was going up the hill at Cobb's Hill Park. Then I was just plain whooped for the rest of the run. Oh well, it's over, and although slow and tiring, it wasn't all bad.
Sleep: eh (bed at 12:00am, awake at about 10:00am)
Mood: eh
Physical: no complaints
Clothes: red RRS shorts, yellow livestrong shortsleeve shirt, red hat (HOT and SWEATY)
