Another "just get out and do it" workout. I tried to run easy, and keep my HR low, but it didn't want to cooperate very well. I seemed to feel a lot more in control and aware today though, not so much like Bambi on the pond, like I was before. My HR seemed to be a bit more 'responsive' today. I saw it climbing and backed off a bit, and it seemed to respond more than the last time. Good to be out there.
