This was just a basic 20 minute workout at minimal effort. I was trying to keep my speed up, but at the same time not trying to work real hard. My HR was a lot lower than I thought it would be. I had the resistance set to 0 for about 5-8 minutes and then I turned it up to 2 until the 18 minute mark, then I coasted home in 0. Nothing special.
