workout AVG HR ???
30 minute ride on stationary trainer in basement. Today I wanted to keep up on the cadence thing. Last week I tried one exercise session at 85-90rpm and today I tried to duplicate it. It was a bit easier today. I could almost keep at 90rpm without constantly checking on it or thinking about it constantly.
Sleep: decent, verging on good (bed at 11:30pm, woke up at 6:00am)
Mood: eager and complacent at the same time
Physical: OK, no issues
Clothes: orange Pearl-Izumi shorts, blue ASICS shortsleeve (right temp, really sweaty)
