Today wasn't quite so hard waking up. I wanted to get up a few snooze buttons earlier, but hey, I actually did make it up and out, so it wasn't too bad. Again, I wasn't really interested in speed or heart rate, just wanted to take it easy and get it done. That part was actually a bit easier today. Once I can get a full week or two in, then it should all be easier. Just me, no tunes, no nothing today. A decent run.
Sleep: good (bed at 11:30, slept pretty good)
Mood: good, eager
Physical: something was really sore in my back and around my hip. Oddly it didn't bother me WHILE I was running.
Clothes: light blue Nike shorts, black compression longsleeve shirt, red New Balance jacket, red hat (cold for the first half, then fine)
