great run. No mile marker interval times. Just a long 7 mile run. The first 1-1.5 miles is a lot of trails and I clearly was not prepared for that. Thankfully I had my phone with the GPS otherwise I would have been completely lost. The first mile was really slow, over 10 min/mile. The next 6 miles were under 9 min/mile AND my HR was way low the whole time. Awesome.
