Notes
Just one mile (+/-) of the 3 mile course I plotted off the shore of the hotel in Montauk.
This was the first time that I had ever swam in the ocean with a wetsuit on. I was not sure what to expect as far as water temperature and waves and a bunch of other factors, but it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
Sleep: eh (bed at 11:30pm, wake at 6:30)
Mood: eh
Physical: no complaints
