workout AVG HR ???
40 minute ride today on trainer. Since I went the little bit extra Saturday, I wanted to keep the trend going, because it wasn't bad at all, so I put in a little extra today too. Also, because I struggled with the cadence a little bit on Saturday, I stepped that up a little too. I tried for 90-95 for a good 20-30 minutes of the ride today. It wasn't bad. Easier than last time for sure. Overall it was a really good workout.
Sleep: verging on good (in bed at 10:00pm, listened to iPod until sleepy, fast asleep at 11:00pm woke up at 5am)
Mood: good
Physical: a little tight
Clothes: orange Pearl-Izumi shorts, white/blue ASICS sleeveless (VERY sweaty today)
